How do I invite team members?
Every account includes unlimited invites. From Settings, add as many teammates as you want and give each admin or read-only access.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. If you hit the Free plan event limit, you will be prompted to upgrade so you can keep seeing your data. You can move to Custom any time for volume-based pricing and a dedicated account team.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel at any time. If we are not giving you value, we completely understand.
How does billing work?
Growth is billed monthly, every 30 days. Custom is an annual contract.
How do I change my account email?
Change it in Settings, or email support@source.app and we will take it from there.
How does support work?
Support depends on your plan. Free includes email and Slack. Growth includes fully dedicated support. Custom adds a dedicated growth consultant who sits with your data to help you grow faster.
